For participant from China and other countries except for Japan

Registration is required for participants of the workshop. At least one of the authors of each presentation must register. Participants should complete and return the Registration Form to the workshop committee (yamaura@eng.ehime-u.ac.jp) before 31 October 2013. If you need visitor visa application, please send the Registration Form until 10 October 2013 by e-mail (yamaura@eng.ehime-u.ac.jp). Please ensure that your name is clearly legible and that your e-mail address is clearly stated. The scientific program of the workshop will be uploaded on HP in the beginning of October.

1. Registration fee
The registration fees include: participation in the scientific program, documents, hotel rooms (Hotel “TAIHEI”: http://www.hoteltaihei.co.jp/), coffee and tea breaks, breakfast, lunch and banquet during the workshop, and excursion (6 December 2013). The fees depend on the number of nights as follows. If the participant is booked hotel room by self, the registration fee is \15,000 (General) and \5000 (Student). If you plan to bring an accompanying person, the cost is an additional \2,000 per night (includes breakfast, lunch, banquet, and excursion).

2. Payment method
Registration fee should be paid by a bank transfer or cash on site.

(1) Bank Transfer: Bank transfer to the following account. After the bank transfer, please send a pdf or jpg file of the receipt of the bank transfer to the workshop committee (yamaura@eng.ehime-u.ac.jp) together with the Registration Form. Please be aware that bank transfer charge must be paid by the sender.

*Cancellation and Refund Policy: Notification of cancellation and request for refunds must be sent in writing to the workshop committee. The following cancellation and refund policies will apply:
Before 30 November 2013: Full refund of prepaid fees except for an administration charge of \2,000
After 1 December 2013: No refund is applicable.
All refund will be processed after the workshop has concluded.

(2) Cash on site: The registration fee can be paid by cash at the reception desk on 4 and 5 December 2013. Only Japanese Yen is acceptable (NOT US$, Chinese RMB, and so on).
